Reishi Extract Mushroom from KIKI Health is an extract of Lackticka, which is an mushroom that is cultivated on a woody substrate.
The extract is produced exclusively from the fruiting body of the mushroom and not from mycelia. The fruit body is grown on wood-rich substrate and has a rich content of beta-glucans, which are a type of polysaccharides. KIKI Health's pure and concentrated organic Lackticka extract is standardized to a content of an impressive 30% of polysaccharides
Recommended dose: Adults 2-4 capsules daily with meals. If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can open them and pour the contents into a smoothie, on food or in juice.
